Canadian Corporate Disclosure Services is a comprehensive source for Canadian public company and investment fund regulatory documents filed with Canadian securities regulators in SEDAR+ - the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval.
Public company and investment fund data are delivered within minutes of the filings becoming publicly available and comprises the following components:
- the original filing in PDF format
- Metadata provided in XML including full document classification, human readable metadata, dates in ISO standard format, revised and consistent XML document structure
- a control file that serves as notice of changes in the status of filed information.
Delivery may be customized by applying filters to meet subscribers needs.
