Description

CDS® Enhanced Bulletins is an online web service that provides comprehensive coverage on corporate actions for Canadian equity and debt securities. English and French versions of the service are available. Mandatory and voluntary corporate actions are covered, including:

  • Cash and stock dividends
  • Stock splits and consolidations
  • Rights and warrant issues
  • Spin-offs
  • Mergers
  • Purchase offers and plans of arrangement
  • Redemptions

Delivery Format

This product is available through the TMX Datalinx Unified API. Once entitled, users can configure request parameters in Webstore, generate an API URL and access token, and retrieve selected data through REST API requests.
